Brain Injury 101

Presented by: Gina England, MA, CCC-SLP

For 35 years Gina England practiced as a medical Speech Pathologist in NH. In 2011 she began to bring her clinical knowledge and experience into the world of private and public education in NH. Her medical experience has proven to be invaluable in her work with students aged preschool through high school. Gina’s primary objective has been to assist educators in identifying the “hidden” or unknown barriers to learning that often fall within the realm of a congenital or acquired brain injury. Her second objective has been to assist educators in their understanding of cognitive/linguistic functions and how dysfunction in these areas can impact a student’s ability to reach their full learning potential during their elementary and high school years. Gina continues to serve on the Board of Directors for the Brain Injury Association of New Hampshire.
